Be part of the SM Cinema experience! We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Crew. You will play a key role in creating memorable movie moments by providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth cinema experience for our guests.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality food service.
  • Prepares and assembles food items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
  • Assists in cinema operations by ushering guests, checking tickets, enforcing house rules, and ensuring audience safety and comfort.
  • Coordinates with team members on bulk orders, block screenings, and special events to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Engages in continuous learning and development to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.


Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, friendly, and team-oriented.
