Cinema Cashier

Join the excitement at SM Cinema! We are looking for a Cinema Cashier who will provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth ticketing experience for our moviegoers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process ticket sales, discounts, and payments accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash and related documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain accuracy in ticket pricing, adhere to cashiering procedures, and remain vigilant against fraudulent transactions.
• Promote and upsell food items and merchandise to enhance both sales and the overall customer experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills, productivity, and support career growth.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, issue receipts, and provide information on movie schedules, seating, and promotions.
• Keep the cashier station clean and organized while following all cash-handling and company policies.

Qualifications

• Senior High school graduate or College level.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling ability.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
