The IT Support Field Service Systems Engineer designs, implements, and maintains integrated systems to ensure optimal performance and security. This role coordinates damage reports, manages invoicing, and documents IT infrastructure while advising on budgeting and ensuring compatibility of components. Responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance, monitoring for optimizations, and implementing security measures. Additionally, the engineer creates documentation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and ensure compliance with company policies.

 

 

 

About the Job

• Support and operate IT Network infrastructure with company standards
• Participate in projects for IT infrastructure across different locations
• Regular maintenance and monitoring of Network Infrastructure
• Monitoring network utilization, equipment patching and network security compliance
• Work with teams provide support and manage IT network services
• Work with external vendors for services support and maintenance
• Assist Regional team for network support and implementation.

Qualifications:

• IT related certificates (CCNA, Fortinet etc) holder is an advantage
• Operation / Maintain Fortinet Firewall and Security devices experience is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years related experience, especially in cross country network environment
• Track working experience for manage Network Firewal
• Good command of spoken and written English
