Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging job postings on various platforms.
• Search, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of live casino roles.
• Communicate effectively with applicants about interview outcomes and the onboarding process.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and open days.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
• Promote employer brand through social media and candidate interactions.
• Provide timely feedback to applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support foreign applicants through the relocation and document process.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, ATS, and social media recruitment tools

• Talent sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
