What You Are

As a Game Artist, you will be responsible for leading the artistic direction and visual development of slot games within our gaming studio. Working closely with the art director, game designers, and developers, you will conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics, animations, UI, and effects that enhance the overall gaming experience. Your role will involve both creative leadership and hands-on artistic execution, ensuring that our slot games meet the highest standards of quality and appeal to our target audience.

What Youll Do

• Provide creative vision and direction for slot game art, ensuring alignment with project goals, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the art director and game designers to develop concepts, themes, and visual styles for new slot games.
• Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D graphics, including symbols, backgrounds, interface elements, and other assets required for slot games.
• Design and implement captivating animations and special effects to enhance gameplay and engagement.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall player experience and usability.
• Organize and maintain art assets efficiently, ensuring they are easily accessible for use by developers and other team members.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistency in artistic quality across projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform and inspire creative decisions.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a game artist, with a focus on slot games or similar casino-style games.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Spine, Blender, or similar tools for 2D and/or 3D graphics creation and animation.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines, processes, and constraints, with the ability to optimize art assets for performance and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• A passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality artwork that resonates with players.
