Outlet AM Server

Job Summary:

The Outlet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the hotels dining outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set and clean.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
