We are seeking a highly skilled Business Automation Analyst to join our TechWing team at Wings4U. Wings4U is a global B2B customer marketing agency that helps leading technology companies scale their customer advocacy and storytelling worldwide. Within Wings4U, the TechWing team drives digital transformation and operational excellence by working on tools’ implementations, automations, reporting, and data solutions that empower Customer Marketing Leaders to focus on driving customer advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, implementing, and managing automation workflows, low-code solutions, reporting, and dashboard creation across multinational IT environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize data flows, and enable scalable growth through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Workato, Zapier, and Power Automate.
• Develop and support low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps) to meet business process needs.
• Manage and optimize ETL processes for data integration and reporting.
• Oversee and support Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, dashboards, and customization projects to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Oversee database management, including data modeling, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and best practices for data handling in global environments.
• Document processes, solutions, and maintain knowledge-sharing materials.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Power Automate, Integromat/Make, or similar).
• Advanced/Bilingual in English.
• Experience building low-code solutions with Power Apps, AppSheet, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong background in ETL tools (e.g., PowerQuery, Talend, SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Solid experience in database management (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or cloud-based DBs).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and customization.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT operations and experience working in a multinational company environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural, cross-border teams.
  
  

• Experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Project management or Agile methodology experience.
• Prior work in IT professional services or consulting.
