Position: Paid Media Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday MST

Pay Range : USD 2,000 - 2,400/per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Management: Oversee and optimize branded campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI across all Google Ads channels.
  • Search Campaign Strategy: Manage and optimize search campaigns to drive leads and conversions for our self-storage services.
  • Meta & Instagram Retargeting: Run retargeting campaigns on Meta and Instagram to engage past visitors and increase conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage market-specific budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
  • Reporting: Provide clear and actionable performance reports to stakeholders, outlining key insights and optimization strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with substantial monthly budgets
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including branded, and search
  • Strong background in performance marketing, with experience working as an account manager or performance marketer at a digital marketing agency (preferred), though in-house candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement optimizations.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to report on campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
