Key Responsibilities:

• Follow directions of Supervisor(s) and Manager
• Able to assume supervisor responsibilities over direct reports as required.
• Work with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Manage team efficiency and quality of work.
• Schedule execution and management
• Subject matter expert in both the Autoclave & Press Factory responsibilities.
• Work with other Leads to achieve production daily tasks and goals.
• Follow and Lead Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols
• Conduct interviews as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe factory
• Ability to train new operators
• Forklifting
• Safety Committee support and requirements
• Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines
• Other duties may be assigned

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets.
• Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours)
• Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment
• Frequent bending, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
• Must be able to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic.
• Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
