In this role you will provide practical, trusted HR advice across your portfolio, supporting people case management, employee relations, performance and wellbeing matters. You will contribute to people projects, change initiatives, remuneration reviews and performance planning. You will work closely with People Partners and the wider People team to deliver great outcomes for leaders and our people.

For this role we’re looking for a people focused HR professional who enjoys providing practical advice and building strong relationships.

• Proven experience in HR practices, processes and providing support
• Confident in applying NZ employment legislation
• Experienced in supporting performance management and employee relations matters
• Proficient in working with people data, reporting and developing insights
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experienced in supporting HR projects and cyclical people processes
