Job Description

  • Manage multiple multifamily renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
  • Prepare detailed material take-offs, scopes of work, and line-item budgets
  • Coordinate all phases of construction including interior renovations, exteriors, and structural repairs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to established quality standards
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years of construction management experience focused on multifamily renovations
  • Experience with renovation scopes such as unit interiors, roofing, exteriors, balconies, and amenities
  • Strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, cost control, and material take-offs
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to owners and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and RedTeam
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred (not required)
