Our key areas of expertise are:
Cloud Based HR Transformation: design and implement intelligent, cloud‑based HCM solutions that embed AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver differentiated employee experiences, accelerate adoption, and generate measurable business outcomes. Focus on scalable platforms, intelligent workflows, data‑driven decision‑making, agentic automation and experience‑centric design.
Digital HR Strategy: enable clients to translate their Human Capital strategy into action through digital, AI‑powered platforms and processes. Identify high‑value use cases for automation, AI and GenAI (e.g., talent intelligence, workforce planning, service optimisation), supported by a value‑driven roadmap and strong functional expertise.
HR Operating Model & Service Delivery: design future‑fit HR operating models and global service delivery frameworks that leverage automation, AI‑enabled services, and shared platforms. Enable scalable, skills‑based capabilities that support next‑generation businesses while enhancing efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.
Talent Strategy: estimate workforce needs in the short and long term in line with business strategy; use AI-driven skills intelligence, workforce analytics and scenario modeling to support strategic workforce planning, internal mobility and reskilling for next-generation businesses. Work with clients to design dynamic capability frameworks for next‑generation organisations.
Workforce Experience: identify, design, and deliver end‑to‑end employee and workforce experiences across the lifecycle, leveraging data, AI insights, and human‑centred design to create personalised, seamless, and engaging experiences enabled by technology and services.
THE WORK:
As the HR is going through deep and rapid changes our tasks and nature of the work we do evolve constantly. However, you can expect:
Working on an AI‑enabled HR transformation programmes, supporting clients through end‑to‑end change
Contributing to the deployment and optimisation of HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow), including the integration of AI / GenAI capabilities and digital accelerators
Redesigning HR processes and service delivery models, leveraging AI‑driven insights and digital workflows to improve efficiency and experience
Defining future‑ready, skills‑based talent strategies that enable organisations to build and evolve their workforce in line with business and technology shifts
Creating measurable business value by designing and delivering differentiated, data‑ and AI‑enabled employee and workforce experiences
Planning and executing change management and adoption strategies for HR transformation initiatives
Managing projects or individual workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and value realisation
Working typically with clients outside of Poland

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum bachelors degree
Min. 3+ years of experience within consulting (preferred) and/or 5+ years of experience within HR department
Relevant experience in at least one of the areas below:
AI-enabled cloud based HR transformation
Digital & Intelligent HR Strategy
AI, Agentic AI application in HR domain
HR Operating Model & Service Delivery
Talent & Workforce Strategy
Employee Experience
Cross Functional area knowledge HR e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll
Project management and delivery experience especially working with offshore and distributed teams
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital HR platforms is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) required
AI / GenAI and Copilot literacy, including practical experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot (or similar) to enhance productivity, insight generation, content creation, and decision‑making within HR and consulting contexts
Readiness to travel to clients located outside of Poland (up to 80% of time, depending on client and project requirements)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in Software as a Service projects
good level of another other foreign language e.g. German, French, Spanish or Portuguese would be strong asset
ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Eightfold Certifications (or similar) are a strong plus

Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
