Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering Department supporting manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: East 12 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48092, United States

Pay Range: $41.49 – $47.42 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Develop sampling procedures and quality data collection methods.
• Design and implement programs to evaluate accuracy and precision of production and testing equipment.
• Analyze and report quality and reliability data to ensure product integrity.
• Support quality control activities across design, process control, and product evaluation.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions related to quality standards and procedures.
  
  

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality or engineering-related roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with engineering software and computer applications, including CAD tools.
