As a LPN Nurse at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
• Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the companys clinical software program, RTasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Current state license of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Understanding of the assisted living rules and regulations and/or willingness/capability to learn.
• Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Passion and drive for helping others
