Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a Hostess to join our Kyma Pool & Beach team for the Season 2026. You will greet guests, coordinate seating, and assist with guest requests, ensuring a relaxed, friendly, and efficient poolside and beachfront experience.

What You Will Do

• Set up the host/hostess stand, review reservation book, and recommend room setup.
• Inspect dining areas and tables prior to opening.
• Develop complete working knowledge of menus, menu ingredients, and daily unavailable items.
• Assign seating according to guest preferences and service standards.
• Maintain station chart and cover count using the Open Table system.
• Handle guests without reservations and lost & found items.
• Answer telephones and take reservations according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and housekeeping teams.
• Assist with food & beverage service across all meal periods, events, and in-room dining.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Complete other duties or projects as assigned by Outlet Manager or Director of F&B.
  
  

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
• Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.
