Everyday Banking Corporates is a tribe of 150+ people located across the Nordics, Lithuania and India.

Our mission is to deliver frictionless Daily Banking products to our corporate customers, from Liquidity Management, to Payments and Cards.

As a management coordinator, you will work closely across business, technology, and operations to drive strategic priorities, ensure financial discipline, and maintain a clear overview of workforce and capacity.

In this role, you will work closely with the Tribe leadership team and the Business Manager, acting as a central enabler who ensures structure, flow, and follow-through across leadership and operational activities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, Business Management functions, finance, HR, vendors, and teams across the Tribe.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

You will:

  • Drive smooth day to day leadership operations, including managing complex calendars and coordinating high impact activities for senior leaders
  • Prepare and facilitate leadership forums such as Town Halls, Tribe Reviews, offsites, strategic syncs, and governance meetings
  • Ensure high quality meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, data inputs, stakeholder alignment, and action tracking
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, leadership updates, and structured reporting materials
  • Act as a central connector between leaders, teams, and key stakeholders across the Tribe
  • Follow up on leadership decisions and actions to ensure priorities progress as planned
  • Support financial steering activities such as forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and monthly Tribe reporting
  • Contribute to workforce and staffing overviews by tracking FTEs, capacity, joiners, leavers, and resourcing risks

About you:

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, PMO, or business support role, ideally close to senior leadership
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure and precision
  • Comfortable working with financial and operational data (forecasts, spend tracking, invoices), with motivation to deepen your skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with systems such as SAP, Apptio, or Dynamics 365 is beneficial
  • Interest in business management, financial governance, and workforce or staffing topics
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing presentations, summaries, and leadership level materials
  • Confident verbal communicator, able to engage and align stakeholders across seniority levels
  • High level of ownership and follow-through, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
