Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

Work Hours

• Full-Time (Approx. 35 hours/week)
• Monday – Friday
• 0800 – 1700 (Thursday starts at 1300)
  
  

• ACS Building 108, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy
  
  

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers
• Direct customers to appropriate ACS offices or installation agencies
• Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) with daily entries
• Record customer details (name, rank, DOB, unit, contact info)
• Update and manage ACS calendar and reservations daily
• Maintain customer sign-in sheets and service records
• Archive CTS and submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month
• Ensure professional, confidential, and courteous service at all times
  
  

• Experience in customer service or administrative support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, tracking systems)
• Ability to manage records and schedules accurately
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to confidentiality
