Senior Project Manager – Hydropower Projects

Are you an experienced project manager with a strong background in hydropower? We are looking for a driven and structured Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high quality, safety, and financial performance.

About The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects according to established processes while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects in accordance with the TGS delivery process
• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external project meetings
• Manage project-related EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety & Quality) topics
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Secure and coordinate necessary project resources
• Take full responsibility for project financials, including:
• Sales and margin performance
• Minimization of warranty work
• Ensure timely reporting and invoicing throughout the project lifecycle
• Present project status at monthly review meetings
• Conduct project meetings at customer sites
• Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide continuous feedback to the project team, including:
• Delivery plan updates
• Commissioning and release information
• Lessons learned sessions
• Oversee project performance during the warranty period
  

Qualifications

• BSc or Engineering degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hydropower project management
• Strong competencies in:
• Communication and stakeholder management
• Technical project delivery
• Financial and commercial understanding
• EHSQ standards
• IT and project tools
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
