Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Progressive Human Resources Experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory, Officer, or Team Lead role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
Monitor and implement performance management programs.
Oversee Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Coordination, And Government Compliance.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Lead, coach, and support the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Working schedule: Monday to Saturday
