Job Description
I. Job Summary
The Data Analyst will focus on turning data into usable reports and insights that help improve operations and decision-making.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve applications using AppSheet
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and other data visualization tools
Gather requirements from internal users and translate into practical data solutions
Analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights for management and operations
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports
Work with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, and IT
Document processes, dashboards, data sources, and app logic for future reference and continuity
III. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related 4-year course (eg., Computer Science, Information Systems)
Above average analytical ability and stroang ethical thinking skills
Experience and strong familiarity with SAP, AppSheet, SQL, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools (eg., Power BI, Tableu, Google Data Studio)
Ability to interpret data and convert business into dashboards or applications
