Accounting Manager

What you'll be doing;

• Supervising and managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
• Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes, and liaising with external auditors
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and implementing efficient systems and controls
• Serving as a strategic business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall objectives of the organization
  
  

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial organization
• Proven track record of leading a finance and accounting team, with strong people management skills
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices, as well as relevant tax and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools.
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
