Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will help ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and production processes consistently meet established quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs routine quality monitoring, inspections, and analysis.
• Ensures that products comply with established quality standards and specifications.
• Identifies quality-related issues and proposes appropriate solutions or corrective actions to the immediate superior.
• Properly documents Quality Assurance activities and prepares required reports.
• Provides recommendations for process and quality improvements.
• Validates the quality and conformance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (RMPM) and Finished Goods (FG).
• Participates in product testing and evaluation.
• Supports other Quality Assurance activities as may be required.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
• Board passers or licensed professionals are highly preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background, good scholastic standing, and relevant academic achievements are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Able to work effectively with other departments and communicate quality concerns clearly.
