One of the world’s leading independent engineering firms in the renewable energy sector is looking for a skilled Solar Project Manager to join their Solar Advisory group. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their mission of advancing clean energy by managing independent engineering (IE) and technical advisory (TA) projects for solar PV portfolios. Your work will help drive financing, tax equity, and acquisitions within the renewable energy landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews, manage contracts, and build financial models
• Monitor solar projects, including oversight of CAPEX, OPEX, and environmental and permitting processes (with support from the in-house permitting team).
• Manage communication with clients and ensure timely delivery of project results
• Take ownership of large utility-scale solar projects, compiling high-quality IE and TA reports that summarize key findings for the Program Manager.
  
  

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical analysis and assessment, with a focus on solar energy
• Solid understanding of project financing and the technical aspects of solar project development.
