Position: Quantitative Finance Professional

Type: Contract

Compensation: $150–$210/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 1–2 months

Commitment: ~20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design multi-step, long-horizon tasks reflecting real quantitative finance workflows in trading, risk, portfolio management, research, and financial analysis.
• Develop detailed rubrics and evaluation criteria for complex, open-ended financial tasks.
• Integrate and stress-test AI performance across relevant tools and platforms used in enterprise finance.
• Validate that AI-generated outputs meet professional standards for accuracy, methodology, and financial realism.
• Collaborate with experts from leading financial institutions to create benchmark tasks grounded in actual quant workflows.
  
  

• 2+ years in quantitative finance at top firms (e.g., Two Sigma, Citadel, Goldman Sachs, DE Shaw, Citi, Vanguard).
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Physics, Financial Engineering).
• Strong programming in Python, C++, or similar; experience with numerical libraries and financial data systems.
• Ability to scope and structure tasks at professional complexity and communicate them clearly.
