We are currently seeking a Provider Network Business Analyst and Recruiter to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Position Summary
The Provider Network Business Analyst and Recruiter plays a critical role in expanding access to care by aligning therapist recruitment strategy with geographic and market-based workforce analytics. This role blends talent acquisition, data analysis, and workforce planning to ensure the right clinical providers are available in the right locations to meet patient demand.
The Provider Network Business Analyst and Recruiter partners with clinical leadership, operations, and growth teams to forecast workforce needs, analyze supply-demand gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies that strengthen provider networks and improve access to behavioral health services.
