Responsibilities

• Clinical Content Development: Researching, drafting, and editing clinical content for accuracy and audience; creating or refining scripts; reviewing and updating existing content; supporting product detail pages, blog posts, engagement communications, and patient-facing care plan language.
• Program & Workflow Support: Conducting targeted literature reviews and telehealth industry research; translating clinical requirements into clear program summaries or workflow visuals; identifying gaps in clinical documentation; supporting training and reference materials.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in a scientific field, journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA), and clinical references (e.g., PubMed, UpToDate).
• Demonstrated agility in leveraging AI tools for efficient medical content review, writing, and editing.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable managing deliverables on a variable, project-based schedule.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent.
