SHL is seeking a Head of Field Marketing, Americas to lead a high-performing, data-driven demand generation function. In this role, you will own the regional marketing strategy and execution with a clear mandate to drive measurable pipeline, revenue growth, and customer expansion across net new, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
As a “player-coach,” you will lead and develop a team while actively shaping and executing integrated, insight-led marketing programs across digital and field channels. You will leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure tight alignment with sales priorities. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of SHL’s solutions, customer segments.

What You Will Be Doing
Own regional demand generation performance, including pipeline creation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution across new business, expansion, and retention.
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team, embedding a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimization driven by data and insights.
Develop and execute a data-driven Americas marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets, priority segments, and whitespace opportunities.
Leverage data and analytics (intent data, CRM, marketing automation, attribution models) to inform targeting, segmentation, and investment decisions.
Partner with Revenue Operations to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that track funnel performance and marketing ROI.
Align closely with regional sales leadership to co-create account strategies, pipeline goals, and integrated campaigns that accelerate deal velocity.
Design, implement, and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on high-value accounts and measurable pipeline impact.
Drive a test-and-learn approach, continuously experimenting across channels, messaging, and tactics to improve conversion and efficiency.
Build and activate strategic partnerships that expand reach, generate qualified demand, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Ensure consistent use of data and insights to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness in collaboration with Product and Campaign Marketing.
Support sales enablement with data-backed insights, and content, ensuring effective adoption and measurable impact on pipeline progression.
Own regional marketing budget allocation, optimizing spend based on performance data, ROI, and evolving business priorities.
Ensure end-to-end funnel integrity, working with global teams to optimize lead flow, scoring, routing, and follow-up to maximize conversion.
Maintain a centralized, data-informed regional marketing calendar aligned to campaign priorities, sales motions, and market opportunities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from insight to execution, using data to define problems, shape solutions, and measure outcomes. Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Enablement and multiple functions to ensure cross-functional collaboration
What We Are Looking For From You
Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and revenue marketing.
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience leading teams in a performance-oriented, metrics-driven environment with clear accountability.
Strong expertise in marketing analytics, funnel metrics, attribution models, and ROI optimization.
Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and technologies.
Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize based on data and business impact.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
Ability to quickly synthesize market, customer, and competitive data into strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Strong ability to analyze complex market dynamics and translate insights into focused, high-impact demand strategies.
Proven success in executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs tied to revenue outcomes.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders using data-backed storytelling and performance insights.
Experience in a B2B talent solutions or services environment is a plus.
Experience within a B2B SaaS Talent Solution selling environment is preferred.
