Business Intelligence Analyst I

2. About the Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence Analyst I role focuses on supporting reporting and analytics by transforming data into actionable insights. This position is responsible for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data to provide accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a key part in ensuring data-driven decision making that supports program effectiveness and client deliverables. It requires strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation. This position offers remote work eligibility with required quarterly travel to the corporate office in Tampa, Florida.

3. Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with industry, company, and regulatory standards and data governance best practices

• Develop and maintain SQL queries for ad hoc and recurring reports

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and key business drivers

• Manage workflows for impact reporting, including ticket tracking and issue classification

• Collaborate with Service Delivery and internal teams to analyze data and deliver actionable recommendations

• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, processes, and reporting logic

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including data extraction, filtering, joins, aggregations, conditional logic, and working with subqueries and temporary tables

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, structured tables, and integration with reporting workflows

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and clear communication
