Job Description

As the Human Resources Supervisor you are responsible for providing extra support for the everyday operations of the HR Team. Your role is to guarantee that all employees are kept productive and inspired. Together with your team, you will also be managing various people programs related to engagement, compensation & benefits, and training among others.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or in any related behavioral science course.

Experience Requirements

Qualified candidates must have 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
