The Facilities Repair and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the effective resolution of all facilities repairs and maintenance concerns in the assigned district. It is also responsible for the implementation of JFC’s Comprehensive Maintenance Program and Fire Life Safety Program thru monitoring of the program implementation. Provides guidance to the stores on preemptive measures to mitigate impact of disasters; Assesses store safety after disaster.
Gold Standard Equipment
Conducts initial review of the SP findings and recommendations and submit to Repairs and Maintenance Engineer for final approval.
Monitor Repair Work Orders under his district. Ensures effective resolution of work orders, issues, and concern.
Conduct actual store visit on a regular basis, or as needed to address critical concerns.
Monitors execution of the Comprehensive Maintenance Program by the Service Provider.
Monitor Service Provider (SP) performance based on SLAs. Analyze gaps. Report supplier performance to Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
Prepares and submits Monthly Performance scores (based on agreed Key Results/KPIs) to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
Assist Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the Annual Service Provider audit to verify SP conformance to the provisions of the CMP contract, e.g., technician certifications, DOLE requirements, tools, training facilities, and SP reports.
Store (Electrical) Safety
Perform Store visit and inspect store Electrical Facility.
Submit summary report to Repairs and Maintenance Manager for the store Electrical PM program completion progress of his district.
Implement direction on facility upgrade as may be required.
Send reminders to stores on preemptive measures to be taken to mitigate impact of disasters.
Assess store safety, damage after onset of disaster. Recommends corrective measures to ensure store safety (facilities and equipment).
Store OPEX
Monitor and Evaluate Service Provider Billings & Quotations.
Implement CMP Service Providers standard cost matrix.
Submit billing reports for validation and approval by the Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
Project Support
Act as the subject matter expert in the workgroup.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance Management.
Must have strong technical skills in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, fire and life safety equipment, ventilation systems, and minor civil works.
Must be willing to be assigned in the Cagayan area and report to the Cubao, Quezon City office once a month.
