As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards. Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance within the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality of production.
3. Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
6. Train employees on food safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices.
7. Analyze data and generate reports on quality assurance metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
8. Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and safety.
9. Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably in the Food sector.
2. A Bachelors degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
9. Certification in Quality Assurance or Food Safety would be an added advantage.
10. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
