We are seeking an Indigenous Relations Manager to lead and strengthen Metlens relationships and strategic partnerships with Indigenous communities, governments and businesses across Canada, with a primary focus on Ontario-based renewable energy projects under the LT2 Procurement. This role will work closely with both the Project Development and Business Development teams to execute on the company’s greenfield project strategy, fostering Indigenous participation in utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), and potentially data center projects.
The Indigenous Relations Manager will lead efforts to establish equity and participation partnerships, facilitate consultation and engagement processes, and support the co-development of meaningful community benefit strategies. The successful candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, experience in Indigenous economic development, and the ability to navigate diverse governance, financing, and regulatory environments.
