Position Requirements

A successful candidate will be comfortable quickly learning new skills and subjects, have a background in business and social science, and possess writing and research experience.

The Key Activities For The Role Are

• Researching topics in psychology and business related to team and individual performance, and communicating advice in a way that is clear and engaging
• Writing content designed to help people adapt their mindsets to succeed in a volatile business environment
• Developing interactive training workshops on leadership, coaching, and teamwork
• Producing slide presentations that use statistics, charts, graphs, and figures to convey ideas
• Creating surveys to measure performance, skills, and personality—and provide insightful advice based on the results
• Assisting with audio/visual content, social media posts, and marketing materials
  
  

• You are highly organized and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
• You are naturally curious, a quick learner, and have an ability to critically examine arguments and social scientific claims
• You are a creative problem solver and have strong analytical skills
• You possess both creative writing talent—you can tell a good story—and the ability to say a lot with few words
• You enjoy editing others’ writing, too
• You are passionate about well-being at the level of the individual, group, and organization
