Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure and data initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage cross-system dependencies, including upstream and downstream integrations
- Coordinate with engineering, data, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment
- Drive sprint planning, execution tracking, and status reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks across systems
- Ensure projects meet performance, scalability, and reliability expectations
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and resource allocation
- Establish and track project KPIs and success metrics
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (cloud, distributed systems, APIs, microservices)
- Experience working with data platforms , modelling (ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, streaming systems)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving upstream and downstream systems
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

"CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy."
