We are looking for a Store Manager who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience, within our Toowoomba Store.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
• Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
