• Enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities through proactive diary, correspondence and workflow management
• Acting as a trusted point of connection, coordinating communication with senior stakeholders and partners
• Supporting high-quality governance and decision-making through committee coordination, briefing preparation and follow‑up
• Bringing organisation and insight to projects, events and people-related activities that strengthen service delivery
