This position shall be responsible for the management, optimization and implementation of procure to pay strategies, processes and activities to efficiently meet the operational requirements of the Company; Collaborates with ARI subsidiaries and various stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and targets; Ensures integration and leveraging of spend through coordination with SS team and utilization of supply and service agreements.

Duties and responsibilities

Implements procurement activities from receipt of approved and complete PR, identifying the best sourcing strategy and most advantageous offer and terms for the Company. Includes among others

• Evaluation of completeness of approved PRs;
• Identification of reliable pool of vendors to be invited;
• Issuance of accurate and complete requests for information, quotation or proposal
• Evaluation of offers based on level playing field
• Negotiation of best terms, price, delivery, etc
• Award based on most advantageous
• Coordinates with cargo insurance to cover importation orders
• Directing and controlling activities to ensure on-time delivery in full including ensuring successful implementation of logistics activities (importation, exportation, etc)
• Manages documents to ensure relevant procurement files are maintained
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
• Technical with financial background is preferred.
• Background and experience in supply chain management
• Background and experience in vendor management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
