Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• coordinate and manage all internal and external customer relations processes, including product shipments, complaints, and other related matters.
• prepare the necessary documents for customer shipments and for preparing the documentation required for participating in international tenders.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide technical and operational assistance for the complete shipment of goods to customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide feedback.

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• 3+ years of related experience, including at least 3-7 years of work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest Incoterms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad spectrum of business activities
• Excellent written and oral English. At least basic knowledge of French is required, and knowledge of another language is an advantage Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Word and Excel.
