This full-time opportunity operates Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, leading our manufacturing and contract packing operations in Tingalpa.

A key aspect of this role is driving business growth by leading manufacturing and production initiatives while supporting NDIS-funded employment outcomes. You will be creating and promoting both vocational and non-vocational opportunities, with a commitment to empowering our supported workforce to achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

•          Lead and support a team of around 60 employees, including Supported Employees, Job Coaches, and production staff
•          Oversee contract packing operations to meet customer expectations
•          Manage inventory scheduling, workflow, and staffing rosters
•          Foster a continuous improvement culture using Lean Manufacturing principles
•          Ensure all tasks meet customer-driven quality assurance standards

•          Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing
•          Skilled in rostering, timesheets, and general administration
•          Strong ability to prioritise and respond to fast changing needs
•          Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
