Built on a proven low - code scraping engine and powered by a team that has already solved complex challenges in the sports tech space, Bringits is now expanding beyond sports into finance, e-commerce, and media.


We are looking for a Founding Account Executive. This is the first GTM hire, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of building the sales engine from the ground up. If you’re a hands-on sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to build something big using AI and automation - this is your moment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Sales Pipeline: You manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract. This includes sourcing your own leads, running deep discovery sessions, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Build the GTM Infrastructure: You are our Sales Ops lead. You will architect our revenue stack using HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your goal is to move from manual work to automated, AI-driven workflows that allow us to scale without a massive team.
  • Create the Marketing Collection: Since youre on the front lines, youll lead our early marketing efforts. You will write the outreach copy, design the pitch decks, and document the case studies that prove our value to the market.
  • Validate New Markets: Youll help us find product-market fit in new industries. You will identify target personas in finance and e-commerce, testing different messaging and pricing models to see what sticks.
  • Deploy AI Agents: You will be the technical architect of our outbound motion. Youll build and manage AI agents that research prospects and handle routine follow-ups, giving yourself the "superpowers" of a 10-person team.


Requirements:

  • Proven SaaS Success: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B global SaaS sales, preferably at an early-stage startup where you had to build your own pipeline.
  • Modern Stack Mastery: You are an expert user of HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. You know how to make these tools talk to each other to create a seamless prospecting engine.
  • AI and Automation Fluency: You dont just use AI; you experiment with it. You have experience implementing AI agents or low-code automation (like Zapier or n8n) to speed up outreach and research.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You dont need a playbook. You want to be the person who writes it.

  • A Startup Native: You’ve been through the early days of a high-growth company before. You thrive in ambiguity and dont need a playbook to tell you what to do - you’d rather write it yourself.
  • Technically Minded: You arent an engineer, but you can talk shop with a CTO. You understand the value of a low-code platform and can articulate complex data collection concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An Automation Expert: You’re proficient with the modern sales stack. You know how to use Apollo and HubSpot to their full potential, and you’re excited about the possibility of using AI agents to 10x your productivity.
  • A Consultative Seller: You dont just sell features; you solve problems. You’re a trusted advisor who can understand a client’s deepest pain points and align our technology to their business goals.
  • Bias for Action: You dont wait for permission. You see an opportunity, you build a process, and you execute. You’re comfortable with the "multiple hats" reality of a spinoff environment.
