Job Description

Objetivo: Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del área de Soporte y Redes, asegurando la operación continua, estable y segura de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa, así como la atención oportuna y efectiva de incidencias técnicas, garantizando altos niveles de servicio y soporte a los usuarios internos.

Requisitos

Grado universitario o por egresar de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Redes o carreras afín.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico y administración de redes.
Experiencia comprobada supervisando o coordinando equipos de soporte TI.
Conocimientos sólidos en redes CCNA I y II
Manejo de mesa de ayuda, atención de incidencias y seguimiento de tickets.
Experiencia en sistemas CCTV.
Experiencia en soporte a Microsoft 365.
Disponibilidad inmediata.
