Senior Application Developer 1x Month Onsite

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Design RPA solutions in accordance with QA standards, conventions, and best practices
• Meticulously analyze Process Definition Documents to capture all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as recoverability, scalability, resilience, and case management to ensure solution designs meet all requirements
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the solution and all policies/restrictions in place
• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements as required
• Create and maintain Solutions Design Document
• Consider additional factors such as license utilization, local data preservation and security policies when designing RPA solutions
• Present and explain solution design decisions and justifications in design walk through sessions with senior stakeholders and developer/s
• Assist developer/s in fully understanding the solution design and, if necessary, assist in making informed decisions
• Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the program
• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
  
  

• ServiceNow RPA Development & Solution Delivery - Designs and delivers ServiceNow RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, optimizing performance, and applying best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready automation.
• Technology Lifecycle Management Expertise - Demonstrated experience through all phases of the technology life cycle, including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition.
• RPA Tools Implementation Expertise - Strong track record implementing RPA Tools (e.g. ServiceNow RPA, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Openspan and Workfusion.)
• IT Strategy & Transformation Leadership - Involved in IT strategy and transformation engagements (IT long range plan, roadmap, operating model, governance, enterprise architecture, etc.)
  
  

• Programming & Web Development Proficiency - C# and/or Java, HTML, CSS
• Microsoft Technology Stack Expertise - Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
• Scripting & Automation Languages Proficiency - Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Powershell, Bash, VBS, etc.)
  
  

• A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred.
  
  

• Approximately 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.
• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
  
  

• Hybrid Setup – once a month onsite in Taytay, Rizal
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)
