Quality Manager

Client: International Retail Company
Location: Taytay Rizal
Set-up: Daily Onsite (including Saturdays)

Design and implement QA protocols for private label items across food, non-food, and household categories -Responsible for the quality issue management process across the O!Save supply chain from supplier to store shelf -He or She will establish quality control procedures, testing protocols, and supplier inspection processes specifically for O!Save private labels -The identified candidate conduct supplier audits and product inspections to validate O!Save PL standards -It also includes overseeing consumer testing and implement feedback systems to enhance O!Save PL product quality -He or she O!Save private labels comply with Philippine regulatory requirements (FDA, DTI-BPS, DOH, DA-BAFS) -He or she will maintain current documentation on quality certifications, government compliance, and O!Save product traceability
Qualifications: 
- 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries - Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related field  -Someone with comprehensive understanding of local compliance requirements including FDA food safety standards, DTI-BPS certification processes, and DOH regulations for consumer products -Demonstrate advanced proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP), testing protocols, audit procedures
