We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 5–10 years of experience in road, highway, and infrastructure projects. The role involves cost estimation, contract management, and ensuring that project costs are effectively monitored and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
  • Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within budget
  • Evaluate contractor bids and assist in procurement processes
  • Review and verify progress billings, change orders, and claims
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
  • Identify cost risks and recommend solutions for cost control
  • Prepare reports on project cost status and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage
  • 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for road, highway, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and procurement
  • Experience in BOQ preparation and cost control
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government (DPWH) projects
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts or similar contract standards
  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
