Job Description

Conversion Agent – Pasay, Philippines

Industry: Regulated Forex / CFDs
Location: Pasay, Philippines (Office-based)
Basic Salary: PHP 30,000/month (rising to PHP 40,000/month after 6 months)
Employment Type: Freelancer for the first 2 months, then transitioned to company payroll from month 3
Working Hours: 9-hour shifts

Shift Options:

14:00 – 23:00
23:00 – 08:00

Compensation Structure:

Months 1–2: Freelancer status — candidate is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes and fulfilling obligations to local authorities
Month 3 onward: Moved to company payroll, regular salary
After 6 months: Base salary increases to PHP 40,000/month

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads into active trading clients
Guide new clients through onboarding and first deposit
Build rapport and identify client trading needs
Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions

Must Have

Based in or able to work from Pasay, Philippines
Willing to work rotating/night shifts (23:00–08:00 shift required)
Sales or conversion experience (industry background flexible)
Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

Prior experience in Forex/CFD, Crypto, or iGaming conversion/sales
Existing book of contacts or lead-generation experience
Additional languages relevant to target markets

Benefits

Base salary increase to PHP 40,000/month after 6 months

Transition from freelance to full company payroll from month 3, with standard employee benefits applying from that point
