Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote our services professionally.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
  
  

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone with a professional attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
