Job Description

Support end to end financing process
Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports & analysis to management and stakeholders
Monitor compliance to loan covenants
Prepare data for financial projection models to support financing plan and sensitivity analysis
Prepare data for financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including M&A, and capital investments
Support rating process and other relevant process for corporate actions including mergers, and acquisitions
Collaborate with other departments such as legal, risk management, and treasury to ensure the sufficient funding
Work closely with relevant departments to align inter-departmental goals with the Companys overall financial & business strategy
Ensure all corporate finance activities adhere to regulatory requirements, central bank regulation, internal policies, and risk management frameworks

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles is preferred
Deep understanding of financial products and services for large corporations, including trade finance, project financing, and cash management
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex client issues
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
