Job Description
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives effectively.
- Monitor progress and measure the success of implemented changes using key performance indicators.
- Provide training and support to staff on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements during project execution.
- Document processes and maintain detailed records of improvement activities.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
A Successful Continuous Improvement Manager Should Have
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field
- At least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a CI or Lean leadership role
- Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or logistics environments
- Proven track record in Lean transformation and value stream improvement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 910,000 to PHP 1,300,000 annually.
