Job Description
Borland Development Corporation in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to assist buyers with account concerns, title transfers, real property tax payments, and tax declaration inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will receive, monitor, and validate buyer documents, maintain accurate sales records and databases, and prepare contracts and loan documents to ensure compliance with buyer and company requirements.
