Job Description.

• Perform Normal and First Article Inspections for Sub-Assy, Bonding, and Top Level Processes
• Complete FAIR in Net Inspect for new or updated part numbers.
• Complete and verify SAP transactions and documentation before moving to the next process
• Create Nonconformance Information Sheet & Generate Nonconformance Report.
• Update and record incoming inspection result through incoming inspection checklist or database system.
• Ensure traceability of parts and processes.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits.
• Handle releasing processes, including inspection and issuance of CofC, Form 1, or FAA forms.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting and observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Other 2 year post high school training
• At least 2 years relevant experience in quality inspection is required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills
• Able to read and interpret drawing
• Able to use inspection measurement tools
